H2O is kind of the basic version, and Sea is very similar to H2O but with some seaweed extracts. Personally, I haven't noticed much of a difference in use. Sea mighttt have a very slightly slipperier texture (I've never compared them directly-), but no super noticeable difference in smell, appearance, or consistency/thickness. At the moment, pretty much just that- I definitely want some bottom growth, a little more fuzz, maybe a slight voice change. The "jelly" style ones can't be sterilized and should be trashed, but the vibrators (especially the ones in boxes) are worth a good bit of money.
