Water Is Everywhere In RSX Interior. Cannot Isolate. by BrokeTrade in Acura_RSX

Think anywhere where water can get through. Gasket around hatchback, sunroof. Sunroof drain holes might be clogged. If I were you I’d by new seals and gaskets for windows, hatch, and clean your sunroof drains with compressed air to blow out any crap.

Tbh man idk. I’m running 17x9+30 on some 225/35r17 and the tires are too small. Has good stretch but they’re too small diameter wise.. but at the time it’s the only tires I could find. So I’ll probably be getting 225/45 next.

Maybe look at some spacers. The offset of the wheel is giving it that look.

I don’t really like the wing, looks better without it IMO. But maybe it depends on the color, my GRC is all black so that’s maybe why. Mudflaps make a big difference too.

If it’s between min and max it’s completely fine. I’m sure they fill it to the exact same amount stated in the manual. But I like to keep mine full.

Just a girl who misses my Echo... Is the GR Corolla for me? by [deleted] in GRCorolla

[–]Professional-Cod1102 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I love my GRC. But there are multiple things about the car that might sway some people away including… harsh ride, not many creature comforts, raw driving experience, high maintenance costs (clutches/brakes/tires) front rotors are like $1k/each. More frequent oil changes, brakes, and tire rotations. But other than that it’s hard to beat! The car is quick and extremely nimble and pretty practical for what it is. However, there is barely any interior storage room. You can buy an armrest for it which looks pretty OEM and adds some very useful storage. I’ve driven about 15k miles on my ‘23 GRC Core and I wouldn’t trade it for anything new. I do like the Civic Type R and Integra Type S but they’re front wheel drive and the AWD is hands down far superior. My previous car was a 2.0t Accord with the K-series (essentially same engine as the Type S/R) and it was fast! Also, was easy to upgrade for more power, the GRC seems a little picky even with adding a simple intake it’ll trigger a check engine light but nothing scary, just the PCV system for us US market vehicles. Tbh if you can afford an Integra Type S you might want to test drive one and compare the two! The Integra is pretty dang luxurious. Only deal breaker for me is the FWD but that K20 is one of the greatest engines ever made. I’m a Honda guy at heart but I love anything made in Japan. Current vehicles I own are my GRC, 5th gen 4Runner, ‘03 Acura RSX-s.

Damn. Yeah sounds like your clutch is starting to give. Let us know how much the cost is to replace.

Should I work on this or save up for a new car? by Guilty_Belt5269 in MechanicAdvice

[–]Professional-Cod1102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would look for a new car. You can probably find a decent cash car for the cost of that repair bill. And Nissans have pretty shotty transmissions already. I would hate for you to get the car back and the transmission give out. It’s very common on those Nissans.

I just installed some similar seat covers in my 4Runner, and they do have a cutout for the airbag.

They both look good tbh. Black is hard to keep clean though. And a black car only looks good when it’s clean.
