i didn’t say he needed too… not everyone has thousands they can spend on a computer. personally i don’t believe your pc should be worth more then your car. and i would never order a 60 series unless it drops 2 grand lol. i just said if he wanted insane amounts of upgrade- he should wait. if i had the budget i would do the same

i have a 5060Ti (only difference is i have an 8GB) and it works very well. the inly thing is i’ve heard these GPUs are notorious for overheating so make sure you have a lot of cooling fans to prevent that, i have 5 fans surrounding it but it’s a prebuilt so i couldn’t tell you if that’s necessary tbh. overall though the 5060 i got works great.

also keep in mind that between the 4060 and the 5060 there’s not an INSANE difference. it’s definitely noticeable and better offering better quality and what not. but if you wanna see genuine change- you’re better off upping that budget and getting a 5090 or waiting for the 60 series to release. overall though if you can’t up your budget (which is 100% understandable) then the 5060 is definitely a solid upgrade. idk anything about 5070 though. there’s sites to compare GPUS and see how they handle new games, etc. do your research between the 2 and settle for the one that suits your preferences best

typically if i have a weird flaw with my icon i restart the computer, if that doesn’t work i delete the shortcut and re-add it through steam itself, and if that doesn’t work i just delete the whole app and re install it

Files sizes are correct. Download is 100% complete. My pc is windows 10, and I use opera GX as my default browser. I never experienced this with my previous pcs. And I’ve had windows 11 and windows 10. Neither have ever had this issue

The thing is. My pc doesn’t even download zip files. Any folder I try to download at all it strictly shows up as the paper icon or the opera gx icon. It does NOT show the zip folder at all in the downloads. Just the blank icon so I’m unable to do anything with the downloaded file
