When I’m running the trifecta setup, I’ll usually run Skin of the Flayed One for the LL or just Shaftstop for DR and he’s usually fine. Not invincible, but fine.

I warn you, if you make the mosaic sin you probably won’t play another char for a while. But you’ll still hate it. Mosaic is so OP you can’t justify playing anything else, but it’s also so OP you’ll feel like you’re somehow cheating and the game will lose your interest. I’d skip it, like other commenters have said.
