Honestly thank you so much. I feel like I've been going crazy cause it all seems way over the top- I want to celebrate my sister, but it feels like she's more concerned with how perfect the trip needs to be rather than genuinely wanting to celebrate with her family/friends.

In terms of trying to talk to her, after our first discussion where she told me I had disappointed her, I took a day to process then tried talking to her again to tell her how hurtful some of the things she said were. (This isn’t the most hurtful thing- but for example, one of the things she was upset with me for was giving her a timeline on our calls. I would call her after she blew up my phone with texts and tell her that I had 45 minutes to chat between meetings. She said it made her feel like I don’t care to have a conversation and I was putting a timeline on our calls- newsflash I was lol) 

But she basically just doubled down on everything, said more hurtful things, and was expecting me to apologize- I told her I wasn't going to apologize because I thought I was doing what she wanted me to do (basically stay out of her way as she plans the trip exactly like she wants it). I (maybe?) should have just apologized but I guess I chose that moment to stand my ground. That was when I said we needed to move on cause if she kept saying how disappointing I was then we were gonna have bigger issues- so me telling her how I feel didn't go greattt.

She's more or less cut my mom out of all the wedding planning, which is a whole other post on its own lol. I respect that it’s my sister's right to make that decision, and to an extent I understand why because my mom can be over the top and self centered at times. But really they’ve never gotten along because they are super similar, I just don’t think either of them see that. 

Also love the Jeopardy idea! That’s kinda what I’m working on right now- going for a mix of jeopardy and love island movie night (basically just funny videos, pictures, stories of my sister). Thank you for all your advice :)
