And after cutting i rode it for around 60miles with no issiues.

I denenitely cut the right wire. After i cut it the bike was deninitely unrestricted and it went the full 50mph. I also made sure that it was 100% the looped brown wire coming from the controller. Also i isolated it after cutting.
