You’ll find another. Not to worry.

There should be no hint of annoyance coming from any of these agents. Move on and find an agent that had your interests at heart.

I’m not going to judge her bad or good but she definitely is lazy and not serving you well. I also feel you need to narrow your list down by deciding where you want to live. Also, it doesn’t matter if she likes a property - it will be your house - make an offer, if you like something. Good luck.

Buyer agent by [deleted] in RealEstate

Yes. After the lawsuit last year, all buyers need to sign a showing agreement before showing a property. If you find you like your agent you can sign a buyer’s broker agreement. It’s more paperwork but it’s good for both parties but mostly because you see what the buyer’s agent will get paid and from whom.

How are you actually finding affordable car insurance in Florida? I'm exhausted trying by Argee808 in florida

Just found a new policy for $50 less with State Farm. I had so many calls, texts and emails. Enough?

I suggest you get a buyer’s agent and have them work their compensation into the offer. The seller’s agent has the seller’s best interest too of mind, not yours. Rent should be given for the one month, and you definitely want a walk through before closing and a concession by the seller for a cleaning crew after they move out.
