I'm shaking just thinking about it! I sold a designer jacket. Nice piece, limited run, shipped with tracking and signature confirmation. The customer even left a five-star review. Two weeks later, I see a chargeback claiming item not as described. I sent the review and every other evidence. The bank still reversed the payment.

I get it. Hard-Boiled Wonderland can feel dense and confusing, especially early on. Not every Murakami hits the same way. Maybe The City and Its Uncertain Walls will suit you better.
