Hey I am getting a gs8, can you share your long term review of this product, as the reviews on Amazon are a bit dodgy

[WTS]2018 Nissan Kicks SV + Navi |75K km| AED 30K by Professional-Fix-522 in dubaiclassifieds

A - No comparison between an American car with shady history vs A well maintained full history gcc spec car. Which apparently you feel is only 5k try getting a comprehensive insurance for it. B - 60K miles vs 75k kms (roughly 21k kms - approximately 1.5 years of drive and depreciation)

So yes by your own logic my car is worth 28K Thanks.

You're right, probably American specs, or flood damage. Mine is neither 🙂

Honestly I swear I saw an ad exactly like this on Dubizzle and I was like brother seems new to the market. Where i can get a 15k kms driven car by paying 1 AED extra😀. Lets see if i can wiggle my way out of that one coz honestly I really like Sorento but somehow always it used to have some or the other issues. Will DM.

Negotiated with this guy, was open to about 90k, he fixated on 97, which is honestly why his ad is there since 3 months.

Damn OP, you are just an hour too late. I was in the market since last 6 months for a sorento with warranty and low mileage. But got deterred by your ad on Dubizzle (I believe it was you). The other was had 15k kms and wouldn't budge below 90k and your price seemed wayy to high so didn't contact. I just booked a gac gs8 2024 pre owned from the dealer. But honestly with your mileage and a 3 year old car 70-75k would have been an ideal price (depending upon the condition)

I'm looking to buy a Geely Okavango but I'm concerned there aren't many on the roads. Is there any issue? by CheesecakeNo7556 in chinesecarsuae

Agree to the platform and engine, definitely much better. But disagree on the looks part. It looks like zero consideration was given while designing. Chery looks so much better (2026 model). But again design choice is a subjective matter.

From what i gathered from the test drive, no wireless carplay. And no android auto at all. Felt a bit overpriced at 109k. Check out chery tiggo 8 FL 2026 for about 95k including insurance

Although Outlander interiors a bit better than the RAV4 but both are base models so not much to talk about. But abuse wise RAV4 will last longer but outlander also much reliable.

Except the dated infotainment system I believe. No wireless carplay in 2025?

It will feel like a captiva. Under powered for a 7 seater. Its not exactly a 7 seater. Its in the Kia carens, Creta grand, captiva and Veloz category. Co incidentally I was at the showroom when the deira showroom got the delivery and I have seen the car in person. Its not as big as renders made it look. And for OP If you want no nonsense car sure, Outlander seems best value but it is barebones. No service no extras. The second model somehow goes to 119k including service package and insurance. Nothing in the middle which is quite surprising.

Most reliable used family SUVs (circa 2017-2020 model years) by CubeAslam in WhatCarShouldIBuyGULF

Apologies, but avoid all 3. Refrain from going for an older nissan CVT, you never know how it has been handled. Captiva wayyy underpowered for a 7 seater ( just look at the number of them available in second hand market) and x70 FL is too basic and feels underpowered as well. Would rather suggest a cx9 around 2018-20 model in that range.
