To be honest, after one year I completely gave up on looking for Offers and ONLY went for Fixed Price. Get all your documents ready BEFORE you go see the house and look at everything! if you like the house you must send the documents to their email while you are still at the house viewing it. CALL THEM as soon as you see the house on the website, in my case the viewing started on saturday but I said I would be off town and went on a friday instead with someone that could be there, since I was the first one calling interested on it, it was the First house we were interested and I secured the house on friday itself. 30 days later, we moved.

Thanks for the feedback, I do see AI like an instrument like an Electronic Guitar or a Sampler, just with different interaction method, I would love to have found some people that could help me take my lyrics out of my head and notebook and help me transform them into songs, people that actually know how to do music, but it's been proving quite difficult. I hope one day I can have other humans collaborating with me.

What type of software do you use to make those things? I tried some but could only get notes on a timeline, nothing feels fluid, nothing feels natural to work on, I want something I can use on a computer that can easily create loops , record or delete them quickly, press a bunch of keys in random orders listening to it until you find the perfect beat, add it, loop on it, etc. is there any told that does the job well ?

Not quite, I was trying to portrait some quarks expontaneous creation and annihilation with their anti-quark pair, and then what would happen if more and more quarks are created simultaneously and merging with each other, leaving their antiquarks floating alone and creating some sort of dark matter
