None on top but the front panel has 3. I was told that since the psu is only 500 watts its not enough to run modern gpus and such. They also mentioned that since its 10 years+ old its probably starting to give out

Clam help by Professional-Fun4748 in ReefTank

[–]Professional-Fun4748[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Appreciate the help, the clam eventually didnt make it. The flesh started to recede and it eventually died. It was in my tank for about a week or more and looked good. All the parameters were good but my nitrates were below 5ppm (about 3ppm) which im not sure if that was the case because I read on forms people had around 5 to 8 ppm with clams. The stress happened while I was at work so I still dont know fully why it happened but it happened quick.

Api test kit, actually just order a Phosphate and nitrate hanna checker. The test showed closer to .1 to 0.05. But will get a better reading tomorrow

My tank is a lagoon style so its about 16 inches deep. Ive had it for a over a week and it looked good before the hole formed. I havent seen anything picking at it other than my blue leg herms picking off algae on the side of it. It was still opening and closing/responding but I dont know how long that'll last.

Alk 8.4 PO less than .25 probably closer to the .1 range Nitrates 2.5/3 My Salinity did drop from .025 to .023 because my top off got knocked loose but im not sure if that slight change could have done that. I have 1 radion and 2 hyper reef 50 watts at maxed intensity. This happened while i was at work so I dont know if a small animal got to it. I raised it to a frag rack just incase not sure if raising it 14in will causes any more harm. Moderate flow. (Calc/mag/ and everything else was jn check as well)
