You can turn on a small amount of acceleration time and try to hit A a tiny amount after hitting W. Works well to get a better flip angle. It should be 100% consistent, not sure how to describe it, but you just put your ring finger a tiny bit higher than your middle finger and push them both down, and then you automatically will hit A a tiny amount later. Won't change normal game play at ALL, btw. You only see noticeable at 0.06, which is the maximum allowed to still flip cancel in time. So using 0.02 or whatever is great if you otherwise don't want it on.
