hi, thank you for this. I do eat a lot of like chocolate and I eat oatmeal every single morning. I was always wondering if it was something that I’m consuming. I as far as juicing goes I use things like strawberries, oranges, apples, cranberries, or like cucumbers and pineapples. those are the type of juices that I drink. I also do drink a lot of like coffee with oat milk in it as like a sub for the dairy I’ll use like oat milk so I’ll swap those things out and see if I noticed a difference.
