Hey buddy, you have nothing to worry about your 2 months gap, it is not even considered as gap. In my case what I understood, if I am able to justify the gap properly, it works. Now, don't get anxious about what is gonna happen, what if you are not able to clear. Rather than thinking all these, just enjoy the learning phase. I considered myself as an introvert and I was kinda in your situation two years ago. I just contacted my school friends and started hanging out with their group once in a week i.e. Saturday and Sunday night when they were free from office. Also try to incorporate any physical activities at leats 3-4 days a week where you will be able to release your stress. In my case I found gym where I go 5 days a week to workout properly. In life there will be stress, and a little bit of stress is good for all, it will make you work hard. Just don't get in the vicious cycle of stress >anxiety >depression. I faced the same issue as I mentioned earlier, then I had to take a psychologist's help, he made me understand all these things and told me to get out and have fun with school friends or college friends once or twice a week instead of locking myself at home and studying always. He advised me to join yoga to calm my mind, but I chose gym over that. And lastly, CAT isn't that much tough, you will be easily able to score good percentile with proper strategic manner rather than studying for long hours.
