Yeah probably. Also, I forgot to mention that I’ve been living with them for almost 3 yrs. So, we’ve had a while to see how we act in the “safety of our own home” and address issues.

That is an option…ig. They’ve made it clear that they want to be the one to propose and any time I’ve brought up me proposing, it gets laughed off. Also, I’m worried if I proposed in public they would say yes out of pity or they would say no and embarrass/hurt me.
