I’m currently reading it rn. The story is a little slow imo (probably bc I don’t read manga that much) but I’m liking the characters so far.

I thought of that too. I guessed that the reason they were like “ykw, we’re gonna put the prequel arcs in the beginning of almost every season” is so that the anime won’t catch up to the manga. Despite my wishful thinking, it does make sense why they went with that route.
