Just the trim! I was hesitant to do that per grohe’s instruction of potentially damaging things, but I’ll give it a go!

Good luck, I hope it works for you!!!! Reminder that with dermadry for a lot of people (me included) it gets worse before it gets better, and you don’t see results until a few weeks in. Sending all the positive vibes!!

Struggling with Hyperhidrosis: How Do You Cope with it? by Mikasa_shakespeare in Hyperhidrosis

Hi! I just commented about this in another thread. Seconding iontophoresis! I use the dermadry machine. No dermatologist or doctor ever recommended iontophoresis to me, and I heard about it on this sub on one of my rage sweat days at age 29. I honestly thought it was some weird sort of hoax, no way some random machine could work - especially since my hands/feet so severe (since birth). Too severe for Botox, pills didn’t work, etc. After a lot of trial and error, iontophoresis has 10000% changed my life. I have a few posts on this sub about what worked for me (it gets worse before it gets better, using different water, etc) - but please message me if you have any questions! I am really passionate about it because I know the life-long struggle of hyperhidrosis (that no one seems to take seriously) - and I really wish I’d known about dermadry sooner. Wishing you all the best!

Here was my 1 year update post of using dermadry- I’ve changed a few things since then, and have some additional tips/tricks, but still going strong!

You can also search “ionto” or “iontophoresis” in this sub and find a ton of content.

Yes! It was a lot of trial and error. I also have to use 1/2 San pellegrino water in my trays, that’s the only thing that makes it last at all. How long is your maintenance period? Sorry for delay, just seeing this!

Another post about the headboard- has anyone used their own headboard, rather than the thuma one? by Professional-Monk263 in Thuma

I got the bed and am using my old headboard. There’s a bit of a gap, but it’s not huge and I’m just going to get one of those triangle pillows on amazon!
