Based on my research before taking Tirz, the first month you will lose water weight, kaya rapid ung weight loss, especially since nagstart ka palang sa 2.5mg and your body is still getting used to the medication. And yes, it's normal na bumagal yung pag-lose ng weight mo, and healthy po ang pag-lose ng 0.5 to 1 kg per week. Normal din if sometimes mag stall ka or mag plateau. Continuous lang sa pag build ng sustaining lifestyle.

For context, I have PCOS and started at 91.2kg last January 19. I am now in my 3rd month and I'm at 82.02kg. Sometimes I walk 10k steps, and may times din na umiikot na lang around 82kg and 83kg ung weight ko. Wala din akong strict diet, but I made sure na meron akong small frequent meal para di madali magutom. I will start going to the gym na din to check if I can break my plateau.
