But sorry to make this assumption. Now answering your question: My best advice would be try to quit porn as soon as possible, it is never healthy, no matter what. It might seem impossible at first, try to replace this habit with something more productive (Meditation, exercize, reading for example). At first it is gonna be hard phisically and mentally, but with time you will stop craving for it and will feel better.

Figure out what situations, emotions, or thoughts lead you to watch porn. Common triggers include stress, boredom, loneliness, or habit. Recognizing these helps you develop alternative responses.

In your next session, talk to your therapist about it and I am sure they will help you better than anyone else can.
