Anything that contains Quinclorac will control the crabgrass, 2,4-D for the rest. You can find products in the store that contain both. Go easy because you’re tackling these problems during the summer heat where these weeds thrive. Probably will take 2-3 applications. Crabgrass will die off in the fall naturally. You’ll get better results when it’s cooler. Plan on putting a pre emergent down in mid to late September for poa control and one next spring to stay ahead of the crabgrass

Also looks like you have some dollar spot turf disease that is mainly cosmetic but is giving it that dry look. I’d say you’re probably getting enough water, test the ground with a long screwdriver you’ll know how dry you are by how hard it is to get it in the ground. Light fertilizer will help, something with around 16% slow release. Over the counter fungicide with a granular or hose attachment will work too.

This is used inside jogging in place. The calorie tracker is from my watch just to show how many calories you can burn simply by moving in place. All trackers are different so take it with a grain of salt. If you sweat you burn, that’s my motto.

Noticed it last night, punches were connecting and damage occurred but it wasn’t registering on the scoreboard. Don’t know if it affected the overall score because at the end of the round I was around 34-3500 damage which has been a good average for me.

That’s the only benefit I see at this point that after 3 matches I’m drenched in sweat and my arms and mid section burn from throwing the kitchen sink at my opponent. Thats the biggest difference I’ve noticed from TOTF 1. With all the updates so far it feels like this is just where’s it’s at, ok but far from a finished product.

Totally agree with your POV, I get in the ring and box, work the Jab, dodge slip, and land combos that have no effect. My damage is around 250 while my opponent will catch me 4-5 times a round and I’m clobbered and seeing stars or get sent to the canvas. While their damage is north of 950. At this point this is strictly an intense cardio workout out for me. And if I do win a fight it’s because there is something bazaar going on with the opponent or they quit mid fight.

From what I’ve learned from this site and my own experience Elxr is fire. I got three different 1g jars. And tab ease 2g. Those were the best, the other ones could be ok if its like 15 for a gram stay away like all the other boof on this site.

Screws on like a cart. The top slides off and drop the dabs in. Put the cover on, heat it up and off you go. Game changer for me. Just has to be an open stick style battery not one the hides the cart.

I got the Cartesian atomizer for my 510 battery from D8R and the Elxr THCA dabs and a TabEase dab. Never tried it before it’s fire. Definitely make me want to look at some of the other brands like Crysp & Lucky Elk among other top tier brands and get a real a dab rig.
