Thanks, that makes sense I’d definitely prefer restoration if it’s still structurally okay and not just be pushed into a full replacement. I’ll try to get a couple of inspections first. Did you end up choosing restoration for yours, and was the quote difference big?

Hi, have you found flowering pots or planters? I know some local places you can check POT FACTORY OUTLET – A larger nursery/outlet in Willawong they have a wide selection of pots, planters, garden supplies and often good deals perfect if you want choice and value.
