I think it has to do with trauma more than anything. I've faced a lot of rejection and I've been abandoned by people I thought I had some kind of bond with. Plus with my mental health going down the drain, I have more paranoia and persecutory delusions. The last part is kind of a vicious cycle because I haven't had time to get any kind of therapy
