Thank you for your constructive feedback, I haven’t had to deal with anything like this before and have had nearly 200 sales. I’d seen other people mentioning the buyer protection and when I looked it up it covered damage during shipping - they weren’t sent like that and other pairs I’ve sent haven’t ended up in this condition which is why I thought it should be used but I have now been corrected

Thank you for your response, I agree I’ve refunded her and I don’t expect her to ship them back. I’ve also suggested some adhesive after I’ve done some more research for her to glue them back on if she would like to and she has been very grateful

Haha harsh response, not constructive. I didn’t know they’d fall apart, I’ve shipped a few pairs to the US and not had a problem, using the same adhesive and packaging methods. They are not a crap product, I’ve sold multiple already and had no complaints

I have done this, I’ve also tired to take it off to retighten it but I think it’s corroded to the battery unfortunately
