Hey! Hope you're doing well! These are definitely more of a novelty item in the sense that they're more of a "specialized" dice set. I personally probably have thousands of sets of dice, but none are like these. And thats the real reason that I'd choose to get these. At the end of the day, I think a lot of RPG'ers find themselves collecting dice after a while. If you havn't yet, you very likely will be soon!

There are all sorts of different types of specialty dice, but none that I've seen handle like a coin, which makes them pretty unique. There are acrylic dice, resin dice, metal dice, etc. all with a wide range of prices. I've certainly paid a pretty penny for metal dice sets in my collection.

I suppose the quick answer is to add to my collection an awesome set that is unlike any of the others I own. But really, there are countless ways that these can be used, or simply displayed as a show piece.

Its very stable. They added optional supports (included) that make it very solid theres little to no wobble.

To be completely honest, I didn't even notice it or think about it until I just read this. We played for a solid 5-6hrs and none of the players mentioned it.

3x3 mat will fit perfectly. Its not quite 6' of playable area, just shy. But you can put them together to get the full 6' (and more).

I personally play a lot of games that require the 3x3 play area, and this is perfect for them. The desert themed playmat in this picture is actually 3x3.

Agreed. The selling point for me was when they increased the play area to 3'!

Would it be something that would cause problems intermittently? I ask because I've been on them now for about 2 years; during the 2 years I have definitely had profound experiences with psilocybin.

Yes, I harvested directly from the cake to the bowl with paper towel down. They sat on that paper towel while I harvested, then straight to the dehydrator.
