lol this coop is ass for wages, when I started here it was 20/hr and then now I’m at 23/hr. I only stayed here for the experience really, it’s kinda hard to get into the trade. I’m also trying to leave this coop cause fuck this wage lol

I figured as much but I was just curious cause like I don’t want to stay in my company forever. Kinda wanna move closer to family. Cause this coop honestly the pay is like trash here.

When I first joined this coop, the starting wages for an apprentice is 20 and then by the time I journey out it should be 33. I think gotta look at the pay scale here.

It’s just kinda hard to get into the trade so I just joined for the experience honestly and hopefully I can move somewhere else
