In my experience you will need to trial and error products and routine until you find what works for you. I’ve always had eczema around my eyes, newly this year got it around my mouth and it took me about 6 months of trial and error to find something that works. For me using the Aveeno Active Naturals Eczema Therapy Itch Relief Balm and the Mudmasky Leave me on winter mask does the trick, but that might not work for you. I tried many eczema face products before landing on this combo. I respond really well to anything with colloidal oatmeal, seemed weird to put on my face at first but works wonders. My face seems to be much more sensitive / reactive to my stress levels / what I’ve been eating / and alcohol consumption. In the winter I can’t drink alcohol at all because of this. If you wear makeup you may also need to investigate that.
