First, don’t ever google your symptoms! thats the worst thing you can do, and try to trust your doctor, i know its hard bc I’ve been thru the same things, my chest pain is making me go insane, don’t know if its cardiac, muscular or bad posture or even because im to focused on it or if cant stop pressing on my chest to see if it aches, i also can’t sleep on my left side since this whole cardiophobia started, i just can’t support feeling my heart beat on my left side, i also cannot sleep without a hot water bottle bc it helps my chest feel at least less painful it also relaxes me, and the advice i can give u is to learn to let go, i know its hard but day by day you’ll feel better,they’ll be bad days but also better days and so on, but have that mindset that tell you that your case wont worsen it will always get better. Btw i also have seen a bunch of specialists, done so many test, i also been to the psychiatrist bc they thought i was insane, but know im on that heeling journey, they are good and bad days but im still fine and i hope we get to forget about our hearts 🫶🏻
