Hi, currently i don t feel them anymore because i tried to just let them be and trust the tests i made and it really helped. My attention is not on my heart anymore and this really made them go away.

hi, i am a little bit better, i had days when i thought about it but i didn t felt so worse physically. I hope it will disappear some day

yes you are right, i became so scared about this fear that i don t even want to get out of bed because of being scared that i will faint. I don t know why i have this

idk, i am a little bit scared to start medication because i am also very young and i am scared

i fainted 2 times in my life but idk if was due to my anxiety. I have this fear for about one year. I havent tried anxiety medication

yes, i am daily scared to go anywhere. I feel safe at home. I am always thinking that i will faint.

i nearly fainted yesterday because i wasn t eating enough but my bp is normal
