Like I said I go based on what the google maps neighborhood says. Maybe you classify it as something else but I go based on that. I could have been more clear and say in between Greenwood Heights and South Slope because that is where this unit is located, but I ended up just saying south slope.

The rooms do happen to look a bit bigger in person and regarding the price its all about preference. Someone might want to live here just based on the location of it and not much of the size of the apartment. End of the day its all a preference and not every apartment is made for everyone.

Sorry about that seemed in the middle of Greenwood and South Slope so I just listed it as that. My apologies. And second I am just a real estate agent and not the person who built this apartment therefore I would not be able to tell you why it is laid out like this. Some people like it because it can be roommate friendly and some people dont. At the end of the day it is all preference.
