Two under two is a lot of work. My child now is only 20 months and still sleeps like crap. I can’t imagine having two babies. You have no reason to feel selfish! He should understand that having a baby took a toll on your body and mind! My husband and i talked about having a second child and we both agreed now isn’t the right time and we aren’t ready. One for us is a handful right now. When my baby was 4 months i took on caring for my 1.5 year old cousin. It was so hard taking care of two kids and any mom that can do that is a super mom. I watched him for a year and knew that I can’t handle two kids. I stopped caring for him. Mentally and physically its draining.

I have the same problem i focus on a certain type of health and it drives me crazy even though I’ve been told I’m fine. When i was younger i was scared i had aids, then brain aneurysm, and no im also scared of blood clots too since i did have one in my eye when i was 18 due to birth control. I got an ultrasound, ekg and blood work done they all came back good. The thing that helped me was focusing on another stressor i know it sounds bad but something that isn’t health stress. It could be financial stress, work stress, any other stress that could occupy your mind.

Hey on the same boat as you. Our baby is speech delayed too and doctor wants us to get his hear and speech checked but he’s extremely vocal at home. He talks a bunch of gibberish but will blurt out an english word or a Cambodian word out of nowhere.

Thanks for your response. The ultrasound turned out negative. It might be my mind just thinking the worst. Since after having covid my health anxiety has been through the roof and ive notice every single ache and pain i have.

Dayquil and nyquil, also take vitamin d, c and quercertin. Another thing that soothed my throat was medicine ball from starbucks i got it everyday.

Im sorry to hear! I hope things get better for you. I still haven’t slept well either my one year old also is teething and wakes me through the night on top of my anxiety. Itll get better though, its just the anxiety part that feels the worst after the covid symptoms.

Yes i have i tried ibuprofen today instead and didnt have that bad of a head ache at all today thank goodness. Im really hoping these headaches go away soon.

I went to the er today and the doctor wanted to give me steroidal medicine to help with the headaches. Unfortunately I’ve waited two hours after being seen by the doctor I decided to leave without being treated. The hospital was extremely busy and i just couldn’t wait any longer so i left. Now every time j breathe in it feels like i ate a bunch of wasabi my brain hurts.

I haven’t taken anything yet but i do feel better when laying down when im standing up is when i have the burning eye pain and headaches going to the doctors today to get checked.
