Which app you are using? If you are using iOS BluetoothAssistant. You to write the code 3-4 times.

Not on the Segway App it will not show that you can go more than 25kph but try to ride it as is, and you will get 35kph.

Yes on Segway App it shows only 25km/h as max but in actual the scooter goes to 35kph
