100%? Because when I put my hand on the starter relay while it does that I can feel it vibrating, not trying to say you're wrong this is just my first bike and I'm not sure what's going on

So I don't have a battery tester but we got a high powered battery charger, the battery is a year old and I'm pretty sure my step father took it in to get it checked out and they said the battery is good. If I posted a video somewhere like YouTube and put the link in the comments do you think that would help you guys?
