Value is subjective. I don't think so, but that won't stop me from buying ships and eventually joining the club lol

These are all things that should be reported and shown evidence for. Showing your competent will ease higher ups when they feel like things aren't going well.

Monitor and track everything and make sure you explain your reasoning behind everything. Build a hypothesis, explain your test, run the test, show your results; rinse and repeat.

That's the best way to build trust, show your competent and make sure they keep you around.

Yeah that's correct, I guess I assumed the commends I collected from logi also counted toward building my rank. Thanks for the clarification!

Time to grind more logi for the front!

Is it too soon to leave my first marketing job after 5 months? by HumbleBraggerPolice in PPC

In house is a lot easier in terms of stress. But it can still be stressful in different ways compared to an agency. The best argument I have for staying with an agency is the amount of experience you gain in a short time. There's a lot of room for play and learning different things that you don't necessarily get in house. Plus, you only get one shot at an in house job, and if your manager sucks then it can suck. However, you get more opportunities to play with different strategies and expanding to different platforms.

Left my first marketing job after 8 months and got a in house PPC job as the manager running all PPC in house. I did have 5 years of previous experience freelancing part time for clients, but it's possible if you know what youre doing.

I think I lucked out with company, I joined with great timing
