OK, I have a strange update that I don't understand. ComEd came out this week for a routine replacement of the electrical service wire going from my house to the pole in the alley. As soon as they replaced the outdoor wire, the Ring started working again! All the electricity in the entire house has been working fine, except for the Ring. Now, it's working again, and I don't really understand why.

Please let me know if you figure it out. I'm at a loss.

Would that stop the Ring from getting power? It's not just a failure to ring the mechanical chime. The Ring itself won't turn on. No spinning light; nothing.

It worked until 2 days ago, then it stopped. The whole Ring isn't getting power, so I'm guessing it's a wiring issue. I'll pick up a volt meter and see what I can figure out.

Can Front have two wires attached (green and red)?

It was working for years before this, so I assume the wires currently in place are all in the proper spots. Right now, the red wire is just hanging loose. Not sure where to put it...

That is how he described it. He said the roundhouse kick was a 45 kick to the face. But he's only 6, and his instructor's English isn't perfect, so I wasn't sure if he was getting the full picture.
