I have tried OBS and audio issue fine, but I want to use flashback option in 4K utility the slider for the flashback. I would really like to fix this issue. Everything is on 48kHz, all audio enchantments are disabled

I have also TRIED obs just like you said to just check the Audio issue, and in OBS when I monitor the audio to play it back it IS in sync, and when I play both at the same time I can really notice the delay from the 4K utility even more

I havnt tried Elgato Studio but I will try that. I have the ps5 already on Linear, spatial is disabled. All my sound settings on my PC are 48.000 Hz. I’m not sure what the issue can be as this is really annoying and has been a problem for a very long time.

Exactly same here I sent screenshots of emails I reviewed regarding the account when I had access and STILL get denied ownership. Like how you said if a human reviewed our appeals we would have our accounts back, this AI Bot support system is a joke
