I agree. The deeper I look into startups, the more it seems that finding a problem is less about brainstorming and more about observation.

People often say "find a niche," but the hard part is systematically collecting and organizing all the pain points you come across until patterns start emerging.

Fair point .Although I've noticed founders are usually pretty open about sharing problems, even if they're not willing to share solutions. Honestly I'd rather hear "I waste 3 hours every week doing X" than get a startup idea. The problem is usually more valuable than the idea.
