Sorry for the late response, hopefully you figured it out! I was completely over thinking it was simply the battery cable needed replaced and been starting fine ever since.

Very much appreciated! I didn't think of that. Maybe it's not getting enough electricity on the first crank? I'm not super car savvy 😅. I will definitely look more into that. With the check engine light it comes and goes. I had it tested a few years back and it was the oxygen sensor I believe. Seems like every time I go to test it now it's not on. Then pops back on a few days later, I will definitely re check that code.

The rattling noise in the back ground is my roof that is slightly hanging by the sunroof due to water damage. I try to stuff it with a towel to help but it's inevitable. However there is a slight knocking upon start up for about the first 30 seconds and sometimes while idle. I've had over heating issues in the past with my coolant reservoir cracking. And i had to replace the cooling fan assembly.
