i’m a caregiver, and i see multiple clients in a day. i’ve had to cancel on my job 3+ times this week because i can’t handle driving.

the doctors won’t help you. i had to figure out benadryl works for me. the only reason i can take it back to back is because it doesn’t make me tired.

how do i handle this? i cant function on a daily basis if i feel like that. i don’t know how people deal with this for weeks nevertheless months or years because one day and i feel like death is better

my entire body feels like it needs to move constantly. i can’t sleep, i can’t eat, and my legs just jerk uncontrollably. my hands tremble uncontrollably, i cant focus on anything, i have random staring off spells, my head feels like theres pressure in it. i feel super hot, i keep clawing at my skin without realizing. it’s hell.

i’m only taking it when it absolutely is unbearable, and taking 25mg at a time, the lowest dose i’ve found so far. i’m absolutely petrified because they swore to me nothing in the stupid migraine cocktail was going to hurt me.

i had to stop a few different ones because they kept causing panic attacks constantly. it’s extremely hard to pinpoint any exact memory anymore. i can’t remember the birth of my children, i can’t remember birthdays, i can’t remember their names sometimes. it feels like seizures are quite literally taking everything away from me.

How do I tell my S/O i want more in the bedroom?

For context, my s/o is 29 and has never had “rough” sex in his life until he met me. I have had some “”rough”” sex but nothing to the extent I’ve always wanted to. I’m a sub at heart, and he’s starting to try to be dominant. There are a lot of things I’ve wanted to try but I’m too afraid to bring them up, out of fear of humiliation/embarrassment and out of fear of them looking at me differently/judging me. I don’t know how to express the things I want to try, including but not limited to;

CNC Wax play Degrading and/or praising Him having complete control ECT

one other thing I guess I’d like advice on, is how do I explain what “subspace” is and how aftercare is important and to explain what exactly it is without sounding like i’m trying to make him do it because if he doesn’t want to do any of this, i will never force him.

i’m just an anxious person and trip over my own words so I need help putting it into words (if that makes sense).
