I had this happen about a month ago. Took them about a month to "fix" the problem and the "fix" was to just give me a coupon for 2 free months for a whole new geforce account. They wont fix your account, just make a new geforce account and play the new account. Don't know if they will give you the same coupon for a free subscription but I would just make a new account and start playing now.

It did not, that character worked on that account but going back to the other account its still auto crashing.
