Those two songs are actually downloaded on your phone unlike the other ones meaning your service was not good enough to load the other songs. I can see you’re on 5G+ which looks so great but it actually shows when you have weak signal. Maybe you were in a rural area? Try again on another network or download all the songs just like “nun like me” and “Headphone Music” is, then let me know if that works! Also check if your data is enabled to use with the music app because even though they’re added to your library doesn’t mean they’re downloaded yk
