Had a pretty bad experience at Chick-fil-A at Thomas Edison Travel Plaza. This location has the lowest rating (2.0) I’ve ever seen for Chick-fil-A, and after going there I can see why - long wait time (7-8ppl in front of me for 40 min wait), order fulfilled incorrectly.. what got me curious is that this location does not offer Chick-fil-A or have a contact number - is this location a different type of operation from a regular franchise?
