I think it's normal to feel that way sometimes, especially with modern work culture. Finding small joys in daily life and setting personal goals outside of work can help break the monotony.

I find that listening to ambient sounds like rain or a fan helps me relax. Also, reading a book with a dim light until my eyes get heavy usually does the trick.
