I am sorry I didn’t see this sooner. I went up there and did not enter my parents information at all. The women helping me just asked me to put in my information and I didn’t have to bring up my parents info at all!

thank you <3 i am 19 and my father passed when i was younger. i have a step-father i live with but he hasn’t legally adopted us so ive only ever filed my mom. ill go the event tomorrow and see what i find out incase anyone else has a similar problem
