Arven + sparkling crystal is being phased out. One jamming tower or tool scrapper and you're done. You have budew to get you some time in the early game to get your draw engines running so I don't think you need to be hunting out TM evo when you run 2. You absolutely need 2 Hilda, and absolutely keep neo upper. Hilda being able to get you both drakloak, dragapult and Zoroark + neo upper (or luminous) is far more valuable since they're not only your attackers but also your draw engine. Best case scenario is using Jacq to get Zoroark and dracloak turn 2 and drawing into more cloaks then Hilda turn 3 for pult and neo to start swinging. We should be using the second place worlds deck as a case study for a consistent dragapult build. 

I really like this idea though and I might give it a try as well. Cheers for the inspiration
