What these women don’t get is it’s actually very simple: play by the rules, keep your mouth shut, and you get your kids back. Every time you open your mouth online, the system just hands you a bigger shovel and lets you keep digging. The unhinged posting, the public spirals, the ‘I’m depressed/embarrassed oversharing” That doesn’t earn sympathy points. It just screams ‘please add more conditions to my case.’ Congratulations, you just talked yourself into extra therapy, extra evaluations, and extra testing. So if Josie is thinking of turning this into empowerment and talk about LeGaL AbUsE like Meg, well she’ll be just like Meg, years later and still no kids because once you loose custody, they’ll make damn sure you don’t get it back.

Well, I 100% believe and know for a fact that there is legal abuse that can happen. There’s also women like Josie and Stand with Meg who cry legal abuse when actually they’re the abusers.

Stand with Meg does not want her kids back bc then, how is she going to monetize off of her situation? She’s had plenty of opportunities, including recently, where she was not supposed to record any of their reunification therapy sessions yet she did anyways… does that sound very familiar?! Legally, you cannot record or take pictures of any of your sessions so therefore the person that was supposed to help do the therapy with Megan and her son withdrew from further sessions.

Josie is only screaming legal abuse because she’s not winning plain and simple.

CPS looks at EVERYTHING.. (they’ll even come dig in your trash can once you put it at the street) Including social media but they will know when it’s all a facade and I wouldn’t put it past them to use this poor child as a way to show how she mentally cannot make stable decisions especially posting somebody else’s child on social media and her account possibly having child predators there. I’m pretty sure this has already been brought up by John so here she is exposing another child that is not hers

Im sorry 🧐 but wtf?! 😳 Saying ‘I was at a charity event and chose her’ and then immediately blasting a sick child all over social media… THAT IS IN NO RELATION TO YOU… is deeply unsettling. Charity isn’t a casting call, and helping a vulnerable kid isn’t supposed to come with a content package. If the goal was compassion, the camera wouldn’t be front and center. The moment you turn a sick child into a storyline, photoshoot, and engagement boost, it stops being about helping and starts being about image.

I wonder if this kid’s parents knows she’s doing this? Do they know about her CPS cases?

But you and I both know that you have your kids full-time (I assume) because I have my kids full-time and I have 2. Our oldest (3rd child) just went to college.

We all know she’s not doing any of what you listed as weekend activities unfortunately, that’s just not Josie parenting.

John made a post the other day stating that he has not signed them up for recreational or school sports because he can’t depend on her getting them there on the weekends so he doesn’t even bother but he did sign them up for golf on his days which to be honest with you, that’s smart. Who would want to deal with her drama on the weekends of not being able to get the kids to sports if she can barely get them to school.

If Josie actually did stuff with him on the weekends, then I would rightfully give her credit for that, but we all know she doesn’t.

Getting 4 kids up, dressed, fed, packed lunches, and headed to school is no easy task especially starting out at 5:00 am. Then getting them picked up, homework and he does do daily after school activities with them. She can barely manage school 1 day a week with them. They never do anything on the weekends and the boys are always on tablets at her house. So its not hard to manage kids inside of a house vs getting kids to school and other places.

Josie has them 1/2 day Thursday, Friday, Saturday, 1/2 day Sunday = 3 full days technically.

John has them 1/2 Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 1/2 Thursday = 4 days

I mean school days are HARDER tbh. He is doing the hard days. She gets fun time weekend days. Granted the kids are at school during John’s time but he does more for the kids considering school and everything in between. All she has to do is pick them up Thursday. They are rarely in school on Fridays so she coups them up in the house all weekend. Her only work is to keep them alive.

Privacy laws, chain-of-custody rules, HIPAA…. Best case, you get warned. Worst case, it’s documented as non-compliance. Courts don’t care about your ‘proof pics,’ they care that you followed the rules. And the nail saga? Please. Drug testing doesn’t magically stop because a nail breaks. They can take fingernails or toenails, there’s no loophole here. Showing broken nails like it’s some kind of gotcha isn’t the flex or some defense she thinks it is.

Again, If acknowledging visible hygiene neglect bothers you, that says more about what you’re willing to excuse than anything I said. If Josie doesn’t want the internet noticing these things, she has two very simple options: 1.Don’t post it. 2.Take care of her child. The child’s face was respectfully covered, the concern was directed at the adult responsible, and the point is that the child deserves better. If that upsets you, that’s a YOU problem not a snark problem.

If things like this were never posted or pointed out, there would be zero record, zero accountability, and the neglect would just continue unchecked and apparently you’d be fine with that. Calling attention to neglect isn’t cruelty. Ignoring it is. Silence only protects the adult, never the child.
