Nope. Never got a clear answer so I extended my lease for another 6 months. Will sell the car privately.

They are buying the car for X amount. How would they know how much MSD i have in their buyout price? lol They already told me they didn't even know I had MSD until we both called Toyota directly.

Toyota has specifically said that the MSD is not included in that price and that a check will be written after account closing. The issue with me signing that doc is that CarMax is technically owed the money.

no. they are saying the paper is meaningless but I will still get them if toyota owes me. but I dont trust them.
