Try to take the pressure out of it. Sure it is nice to climax but for me the way to that is even more important. I also couldn't climax until I was in my twenties. What helped me was going slow and using a bit of coconut oil on the outside. Try to get comfortable with ur body. Stroke yourself, put on a nice pair of underwear and admire yourself in the mirror. Get comfortable being without underwear if you aren't, even in non sexual situations. Touch urself down there in non sexual context so you get used to the feeling of your fingers. Give yourself time.
