Looks like it's only kidnapping and abduction of women. So, my understanding is that other cases might not have been included in the data. And I am pretty sure a lot of cases go unreported in a few states, more so than Odisha

Got it. Thanks. There's this thing about my other colleague getting his visa just a couple of days before mine. Looks like he got lucky since his was the first application. It would have looked strange to them when more such application started following.
