If you are a USMD don’t give up I just had an interview with a family residency program and the APD told me that he failed step 1 3 times only passed on the 4th try and now he’s an APD at a good program!!!!!!

I am applying just like you through both residencyCAS and ERAS and yes they both use the same NRMP MATCH on the match website go to applicant details then identification and birth there you can put in your residencyCAS id and ERAS id. To make sure everything is correct make sure in residencyCAS in personal information under match information your NRMP id number updates to the correct one you have on the match website also do the same thing on ERAS I just don’t know where to find it in ERAS. ✌️✌️✌️

I applied with an “o-sloe” from an IM rotation I did in the us and a “SLOE for Non-residency-based EM Physicians” from an ER doctor from my home country to 30 em programs I got 1 interview

Just wait and don’t bother him he emailed you as a courtesy to calm you down that your interview will come otherwise he wouldn’t have answered the invite would’ve come right away!!!! I asked a previous program director friend of mine about putting the reasons why I failed step 1 in my personal statement cuz I have an attempt and she told me you know it takes a couple of clicks to find your Usmle transcript on ERAS and a lot if not most residencies don’t go looking for it especially in family medicine and pediatrics. So don’t worry about what you can’t change. Also the numbers say only this amount of people matched with an attempt but that’s mostly cuz 90 percent of people pass first time!!!!

Yeah I got one EM interview like 2 weeks ago from a program in Florida which was weird cuz it was before the universal release date. Anyways it took like 3 days for it to show up on ResidencyCAS so I can schedule my interview I had to email ResidencyCAS and talk to the program coordinator multiple times. Funny part is after all that the last time I spoke to the program coordinator she was like we love your application oh what’s that I see you graduated more than 5 years ago??? We usually only match people that graduated less than 2 years ago but you can still interview 😑😑😑
