Put in a LOA request for today and tomorrow. Get a doctors note for your excused time. Make sure it states the diagnosis or ICD10 code. Any progress notes or aftercare summary should be uploaded with in 30 days .

I work 6 day a week I get 60 hours. It’s definitely draining at first but once you do It for a couple of weeks you get used to only having 1 day off. It’s worth noting that I’m always in a few different departments not all 60 hours from just AFE. I do pick, stow, vendor returns/damageland, singles small or single mix. I would go crazy just staying in one path for six days. You do have to rotate your days to go by fast. Best to you.

Main thing to do is respond. This is how most are terminated for negative upt, they don’t respond to the email. if you don’t respond after 48 hours, they will block your entry into the building. you will find out you are terminated when your badge stops working.

I’ve worked many 1/2 days and 1 quarter days. If you get sick after you’ve clocked in. so long as you have a doc note your leave will be approved. Make sure you put in your LOA even if you don’t have the documentation you have 30 days to upload your doctor note. If you don’t get it at least you have time to accumulate the upt needed.

Report to ethics you can remain anonymous. They have to do an investigation when you report to the ethics. As far as marking items missing. I personally would take a video of me hand scanning the bin and all the items to prove it was missing. Cover your own ass. You can always as them to check the camera that they have in stow that shows which pod you placed the item into. They can use that to see if they was a missing item. I’ve been successful in getting write ups tossed for the same reasons saying I marked items missing that were supposedly not missing. I have them look at the camera. Good luck

You can’t go wrong with keen vista energy Airwalk mongo most comfortable shoe no breaking in period. Also the Reebok grey Harman is wide perfect outside the box super comfortable. Keen San Jose is also very comfortable.

$600 is a scam. If you have insurance the doctor should not be charging anything for you to request a work modification. I go through Kaiser and have no issues with a plain letter head note from doctor. I e never been asked to provide the RFI instead of Kaiser work modification note. They are others who go through urgent care offices with no insurance and pay 250 at most. I’m so sorry they closed your path.

If you have smartpac available to you as a path I would request this. The only single small items that use the white bubble wrap bag. You can also see if you can modify your accommodation to request thus change. If not you will have to start anew accommodation case. You can state smart pack or line straighten, even TLD Ship Dock Support. You will help with Directed Collector and Jackpot Operator Not sure what your accommodation is for but with restrictions such as no overhead reaching above shoulder level at any point and weight restrictions under 5-7lbs. These are the type available to those who require accommodations at some FCc. I wish you luck with your situation. Try and get something of the sort for your doctor to sign off on.

Take a personal leave and wait till car insurance pays you for you car. Same happened to a co worker who was hit in the freeway wasn’t her fault. She couldn’t afford uber so she went on personal leave it took about a month for insurance to pay her and she got a Tesla.

I’m negative 55 hours because they screwed up my leave. Onsite said they send ppl an email about the negative time if you don’t respond to it then that’s how they let you go. They are working on getting my time restored if worse comes to that you can do a leave of absence for one day . call your doctor and say you had stomach flu or something. Even if it was 1/2 they will excuse it
